What we collect

When you submit our booking form we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Pickup and drop-off addresses
• Trip details (passengers, vehicle type, date/time, special instructions)
• Flight details (when booking an airport transfer)

How we use it

We use your information solely to fulfil and confirm your booking, contact you about the ride, and comply with any legal obligations. Booking enquiries are emailed to our dispatch inbox; we do not store booking data in any external database.

Who we share it with

We share booking details only with the driver assigned to your trip, and with payment processors if you pay online. We never sell your information to third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Our address autocomplete uses Google Maps Platform. When you type in the booking form, your address keystrokes may be sent to Google in accordance with their privacy policy. The site may also use Google Analytics to understand site usage — this data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

Cookies

We use minimal essential cookies for site functionality. If analytics is enabled, additional cookies may be set by Google Analytics.

Your rights
